Another reef net fishing shot.

We do get nice sunsets too. This one is from the Mandala Cottage.

Here is the full moon rising over the Cascade mountains with Mt Baker on the left.

I don't know how well this photo will show up. I took it by the light of the full moon. It took about a 15 second exposure.

And one last photo of poppies.

And some more.

Another one.

You saw the red poppies in bloom earlier. This is what they look like when they dry out.

Hummingbird taking off.

Hovering hummingbird.

Bald eagle.

A falling maple leaf.

A bee on a thistle.

This a nest of tiny spiders on our deck.

Dandelion ready to spread its joy over our yard. Also in case you didn't realize it you can double click on photos and see them in a larger size.

These are snowberries and are about the size of large blueberries.

This is a seed pod of a maple tree in early spring.

One of our roses.

Another close up.

More poppies.

A poppy up close and personal.

I'm not sure we planted these but a lot of them came up this year.

A poppy seed pod.

All of these flowers and trees are on our place on Lummi.
