September 10th , 1910 Madrona Park
This sounds like Scenic Estates but then it says its on the North end of the Island. Maybe somebody in the know could make a comment about this one.

Also curious as to the location - not the same as Madrona Point?
I think it is on the north side of Inati Bay.
